I bought my eldest son his first ever Swiss Army knife many years ago, which he still has today. So it would always be that I would buy him his first ever Victorinox Knife Set for his 18th birthday, to go with his passion for cooking. On Monday I began scouring the internet and found hygiene.ie, the only suppliers of that brand in Ireland. His birthday was Friday and being Dublin based, I purchased them online with a note asking if prompt delivery was possible. Becky contacted me the very next day to assure me my order was in hand. She followed up with another call to tell me the order ready and on its way, and not to worry. It arrived Wednesday. My son was over the moon (and it’s not easy pleasing 18 year olds 😊). Thank you hygiene.ie and thank you so much Becky for your excellent service and personal touch. You made a father and son very happy today.
