Why Training is so Important? Correct training is a vital part of every business, and every component of every business! Your hygiene team need to be given the best training possible to ensure they can provide the optimum cleaning service to you business. In order to get the best results for your business, your hygiene department should be offered the best COSHH training by industry experts to ensure that your cleaning requirements are met to the highest industry standards, in a cost effective way.

What we Offer
At Ward Hygiene, we believe that it is not enough to simply supply your business with hygiene chemicals, we provide a full training and backup service to you and your staff.
How it Works
Once you have engaged with us to provide you with a hygiene audit, you will be in a position to choose the best system for your business. When we have installed your new system, we will then arrange a time to come to you premises, or set up a virtual visit with the team that will be using the products. Depending on the size of your team, this shouldn’t take much more than an hour of their time.
What we Cover
COSHH (Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health) training is the best practice standard to provide staff with the required knowledge if they are in contact with hazardous substances such as cleaning chemicals.
Your team will be using products that are new to them, so it is important that they are trained in every aspect of a new system. We provide expert training covering
- Chemical handling
- Infection/Contamination risk
- Chemical suitability
- Chemical efficacy
- Dosing systems
- Chemical application
- Minimum contact times
- Removal methods
- How to safely deal with accidents/spillages
We will arrange with you a time and place that best suits your needs. There is no limit to the number of staff included, but we can by all means split the training into groups if you prefer.
The training will be delivered in simple, easy to understand terms, with visual aids given to keep on the premises as useful reminders and instructions.
We appreciate that your team may have a lot of information to retain, and may need a follow up, reminder session. We also know that changes in personnel can affect the knowledge base within your team, so we are happy to offer further training to new staff when required. At Ward Hygiene we value all our customers, and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We believe that good training is an ongoing process, so never be afraid to lift the phone to us, and we will help!
