Where do you deliver?

Our parcels are sent via Anpost signed delivery, and we cover the Republic of Ireland as well as Northern Ireland. Please contact our sales team if you require shipping to the United Kingdom or Europe. Online purchases may be returned via a major parcel carrier.

What type of training and support do you offer with your products and services?

We provide full product and chemical training for all of our hygiene dosing systems. All of this training is offered free of charge and may be conducted in person or virtually. Training can also be provided on a periodic basis to additional staff members as needed.

What is your returns procedure?

As a company, we strive to ensure that every customer receives the product they need. Should the item received not be suitable, please contact us by email to arrange a return label.

I have a new business startup and I am unsure of what I need to get going! Can you help us?

Absolutely, we will schedule a site survey at your business location. We will learn more about your business needs through the survey and then we can provide a proposal of products and services that align with your requirements.

Is there a cost for a site survey or product training?

Our product training and hygiene audits are complimentary.

We have a commercial laundry and are looking to change supplier, how can you help us?

We’re always happy to help. our team will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your exact needs. Then we will provide you with a solution that fits your needs and your budget.

Is the dosing equipment you supply expensive?

There is no charge for any of our dosing equipment for the following industries: Commercial OPL Laundry, Housekeeping systems, Food & Beverage systems, and Ware washing systems. There is no rental charge for our equipment.

There is a two-year contract offered with our Wepa washroom paper systems and a €5.00 contribution per dispenser for the duration of the contract.

What are payment terms and can I open an account?

Accounts can be opened after the first two purchases. Upon receiving your request, we will send both a direct debit mandate and an account opening form. Please note that payment is due within 21 days of the invoice. Regretfully we are unable to offer credit terms without a direct debit.
